Roach & Partners are a development company specialising in bespoke prestigious houses in Spain . Roach & Partners' design philosophy requires the use of the highest quality materials which led them to consider the use of Portland stone for this project.

Roach & Partners inspected the range of Portland Stone during a visit to the Quarries and a number of Albion Stone's completed projects including the British Library, Royal Horseguards Hotel and Portcullis House (the new parliament offices) in London.

Albion Stone were able to supply the desired quality of finished product within the contract programme. The New Independent Whitbed specified for the main flooring provided the aesthetic qualities and character required for large areas of floor in a luxury development of this kind.
